Yesterday Kayzo officially announced to fans on social media special news. The multi-genre artist stated he will be performing his biggest headline show ever. On May 6th, 2023 Kayzo will be headlining the iconic Kia Forum and debuting his Unleashed XL show. This comes as a major announcement as it is not only his first headline show in nearly 5 years, but his greatest of his career. Last weekend at Escape he gave fans at his set the first heard exclusive news about his upcoming show. That moment as said by Kayzo was an extremely special and full circle moment. From performing his first ever live show at an art car installation 10 years ago at Escape, to closing out the festival at one of the main stages with that news was monumental for the artist.
Previous Accolades
Over the past decade Kayzo has been no stranger to the limelight in the dance music industry. With his experimental and genre bending sound he has collaborated on numerous projects with artists from all backgrounds. From Slander, to Valentino Khan, to the legendary Papa Roach with his “Last Resort” remix, Kayzo has seemingly done it all.
This year was a major year for him in his career. 2022 started off with a bang as he traveled across North America for his 19 stop New Breed tour. Kayzo performed in major cities all across the US and Canada with support from fellow dubstep powerhouses Kai Wachi, Phase One, and more. Following the success of his tour Kayzo headlined both Hard PNW, and EDC Las Vegas at the Circuit Grounds.
Recent Work
Additionally this year also marked the release of his third full length studio album New Breed. The 20 track album included powerful features and some of his best work to date. This album showcased the extreme lengths he can go with his production. From hard hitting base, to head banging dubstep, to heavy metal rock, this album was a ferocious blend of his signature rock and dance music sound.
