August and September have been loaded up with many rescheduled festivals. As the rave community is coming back stronger than ever we hoped to see the era of canceled events come to a close but with the delta variant cases rising fast we are not done yet. Today Starbase announced its cancellation due to COVID-19 as South Carolina is reaching peak levels and hospitalizations at the highest level ever recorded.  No future dates for the festival have been announced and all tickets are in the process of being refunded.

Starbase was announced June 14th and set to take place October 8th to the 9th.  The two day lineup featured headlining sets from Alison Wonderland, San Holo, Subtronics, Big Gigantic, NGHTMRE, and Slander.  This bass filled lineup also featured heavy rising acts SVDDEN DEATH, Riot, Kompany, and Marauda. On the melodic Heaven Sent portion of the lineup featured Dabin, Jason Ross, AU5, and Slander b2b Said The Sky. Although the future of Starbase is unknown, we hope to see announcements made for the return of the festival soon!
