Bursting onto the scene, Eliminate unleashes his inaugural masterpiece, Get Off The Internet. This debut album defies categorization. Through a barrage of mutated samples and experiments, Eliminate has concocted a unique sonic journey of his own nature. With elements from dubstep, hyperpop, hardstyle, and even pop, Get Off The Internet exudes a rebellious force that is unapologetically his as it shatters the conventions of contemporary EDM. Eliminate shares, “My SoundCloud location has said ‘internet’ since the early 2010s, I finally decided to log off, and make an album.”

The album opens with a captivating ballad “thinkaboutit” that seamless transforms into a glitchy dubstep to bouncy bass house hybrid. “Dawn” with Flux Pavilion and meesh delivers a euphoric atmosphere with infectious grooves while EGOTRIP revels with intricate sound design. The titular track with fussy demonstrate Eliminate’s knack for crafting melodic atmospheres of pure bliss and then “heart,EXE” ramps up the energy with driving synthwork and percussion. The LP’ second half offers sonic surprises such as the accelerating energy of MOREPWR, possibly my favorite from the album! The floor falls from beneath your feet with “f_ck you” and it’s wobbly rhythms and taunting lyrics. The gripping “Playing With Fire” allows Eliminate to display a range of influences such as punk rock to color bass. As the album comes to a close, the evocative “happyending” provides a finale captures the pure experimentation and innovation of all the soundscapes in the broad musical work. There’s so much to grasp in this album that it requires an uninterrupted listen to appreciate the full experience of Eliminate’s ability to transcend musical boundaries.
Through Get Off The Internet, Eliminate showcases boundaries are meant to be broken. This innovative will come to life through his appearance at Red Rocks Amphitheater for Ganja White Night’s annual Wobble Rocks in May, and more upcoming touring events across 2024!
