VEIL unleashes dark ‘IXXI’ EP

VEIL adds to WAKAAN 2021 releases with cryptic two-part ‘IXXI’ Ep.

VEIL delivers her explosive sound with “cutting edge soundscapes,” entrapping listeners in “cryptic dimensions where the bass rattles heavy.” With influence from her previous DJ project spacegeishA, VEIL does not stray from taking risks in her unique sound. Her blend of dubstep, drum and bass, halftime, and leftfield allows for a controlled sinister chaos in her original music.

The EP’s lead and title track “IXXI” takes the listener deep into a cave where danger is lurking around the corner. A surge of rhythmic basses push the listener further and further into the hypnotic groove. The menacing sound of the “Hungry Dragon” expands with the gritty sound design emulating the force of the monstrous track.

Catch VEIL live with NotLö during their co-headlining tour, as support for Champagne Drip’s Champagne Trip Tour, as well as music festivals such as Animas, Mad Mountain, Electric Zoo, and Suwannee Hulaween.

The two part ‘IXXI’ Ep by VEIL was released on August 10th, 2021, via WAKAAN.
