Known to many as the “first festival back”,” since it was the first live festival to return to the U.S. after the COVID-19 lockdown, Ubbi Dubbi 2023 is quickly approaching, showcasing fan-fave artists including Liquid Stranger, Timmy Trumpet, Kaskade and many more. On April 22nd-23rd at Panther Island Pavilion, Disco Donnie takes us into a world curated by two whimsical imaginary characters known as Ubbi and Dubbi who unify househeads and bassheads together to celebrate the culture that thrives from electronic dance music.
Dubbi, who loves dubstep and trap, taught Ubbi about electronic music and now, he loves house and techno. Ubbi Dubbi 2023 expands on its dubstep & house profile to incorporate producers skilled in experimental bass, midtempo, hardstyle, and riddim. Crybang to Jason Ross & Slander, be hypnotized by Rezz & Deathpact, go absolutely feral at Zomboy, Marauda, and Kayzo, and shuffle to Wax Motif, Mau P, and Dr. Fresch. At this year’s Ubbi Dubbi festival, there’s something for everyone with the talented, eclectic lineup.
For its fourth year, Ubbi Dubbi will feature artists across four stages with top-notch visual and audio production. Prepare for a sensory overload because this Texas-sized festival is bringing the best artists and performances to Fort Worth, and you won’t want to miss it. The festival will run Saturday and Sunday throughout the day and night (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
