The beautiful dark creativity of Shadient proved its success with “Ego Insaniac,” and with hype building around his debut album, the “master of melancholy” is back with another emotive creation. “Dancing Along Again” finds Shadient exploring elements of French touch with lyrics embracing the inner turmoil associated with isolation and loneliness. The sensitive topic receives a delicate hold with lyrics written by fknsyd. The Texas singer/producer brings grace with her performance as Shadient ties her vocals into the nostalgic environment.
The experimental bass producer does not shy away from pushing boundaries in his sound. The light synth and instrumental features allow for the subtleties in the production and vocals to shine through. Despite the more melancholic tone, there is this deceptive energy behind that track that creates an infectious groove. Shadient and fknsyd truly dug deep on this emotive indie dance / electro bop.
