GRAMMY nominated artist Marshmelllo joins forces with singer-songwriter Mae Muller on new single “American Psycho” feat. Trippie Redd. Released via Astralwerks, the new single details the toxic relationship in which Muller and Redd evoke different sides of the struggle. The acclaimed British artist even lends a lyric many can relate to: “You put the T in toxic.” Marshmello shows there are no boundaries in electronic music by continuously collaborating with stellar artists outside of the EDM scene. The incorporation of introspective piano ballad subtlety evolving to a full-fledged electronic-rock blended atmosphere compliments both vocalists exceptionally.

In addition to the brand new release, a ’90s stylized music video, directed by Raja Virdi, visually captures the duality explored in the tracks’ lyrics. The contrasting colors,  animated visuals, and shifts in scenery create a complimentary visual narrative. Check out the full video below!

Following “American Psycho,” Marshmello will headline numerous festivals throughout this summer, including Tomorrowland, while Muller performs the Y Not? Festival in the U.K. and Trippie Redd continues touring North America with Machine Gun Kelly.
