An incredible weekend at Florida spooktacular, Hulaween! The country’s leading multi-genre festival at Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida celebrated its 11th year with a bang!

Hulaween has evolved over the years into the magical immersive experience we have today. This year, Spirit Lake’s theme is “Escaped,” bringing what lies beneath the water into the forest! The immersive art experiences transform the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park into an enchanting, spooky wonderland.
As you wander around the stunning installations created by talented sculptors, fire and metal workers, painters, and digital artists will mesmerize you. Take a moment to enjoy the full two-hour holographic light show on the lake or explore the various stages. Get lost in the mural maze, participate in the scavenger hunt, or go shopping—there’s so much to discover!

Music and stages
The diverse lineup features a range of jam bands, bluegrass, rap, EDM, and more. This year we witnessed history with the world debut collaboration, The Bobby Weir Incident. Grateful Dead (RIP Phil Lesh) founding member Bobby Weir joined The String Cheese Incident with the Weir’d Science theme for Saturday’s performance.
Moreover, The Amp stage was on fire with electrifying sets from Zíngara, Chase and Status, and Liquid Stranger. Each artist brought intense energy, leaving the crowd completely captivated by the heavy-hitting beats and immersive visuals.
A unique feature of this festival is the staggered set times, which lets you fully enjoy each performance and navigate through the crowds with ease.
New this year, Hulaween collaborated with women-led collective DEF to proudly introduce this year’s debut 360-stage experience, bringing fans closer to their favorite festival performers than ever before. It was an incredible experience that will surely be a staple of the festival!
Overall, Hulaween has only been better than the last from all the incredible collaborations, art installations, and the vision from the creators and team that bring it all to life! It was truly an amazing experience and keep an eye out for the 2025 Hulaween announcement!
