Today I am sharing with y’all how I set my goals and my 20 goals for 2020. When thinking about your 2020 ask yourself the following: What do I want more of in 2020? When I look back on 2019, I want to describe the year as… Ultimately, what does happiness feel like to you? If you could write a letter to your future self who would read this exactly one year from today, what would you say? What does the life of your dreams look like? You can also do the following prompt: In 2020: I want to quit, I want to try, I want to start, I want to stop, I want to learn, I want to have, I want to continue & I want to be. Finally when writing your goals here is the process I follow: Determine the Goal Understand WHY you want to achieve this goal Write HOW you’re going to achieve this goal. What tactics are going to get you there.
