As a house music fan, I look forward to heading to CRSSD Festival each year to experience the beautiful venue and music CRSSD has to offer. This year CRSSD will be back at Waterfront Park in San Diego, March 5-6. A focus on house, techno, and eclectic live acts make CRSSD Festival one of the best festivals in Southern California.
Since its debut back in 2015, CRSSD has continued to build a dedicated base of attendees who flock to the oceanfront venue each year to witness three stages offering their own unique soundtrack and experience. Set in beautiful Downtown San Diego just steps from the Pacific Ocean, Waterfront Park provides the ideal urban venue complete with picturesque sunset views, splash-friendly fountains, and grassy lawns.
Headlining sets from Glass Animals, Sofi Tukker (live), Four Tet, Get Real, Gorgon City, Adam Beyer, Jeff Mills, Joris Voorn, and Nina Kravis b2b Helena Hauff. Fresh off of a massive 2020 with their Dreamland album featuring the hit song Heat Waves , Glassanimals will be a very unique indie rock addition to the lineup. A personal favorite of mine Sofi Tukker will be playing a live set that you will not want to miss!
The Palms stage will feature Get Real, a collaborative project between Dirtybird himself Claude VonStroke and Chicago’s very own Green Velvet are an unstoppable force behind the decks. Get ready to experience the signature sound both legends have to offer in one set. The Palms will also include a heavy focus on the London scene with sets from Four Tet known for his blend of organic and electronic sounds, Ben UFO b2b Joy Oribson, and Gorgon City will showcase their chart-topping ‘Olympia’ album.
