What’s up Stage Hoppers! We are back with another edition of the Best Releases of the Week. With countless artists to choose from, this is a tough one. But here are some of the Top EDM singles, EPs, and albums released this past week for your enjoyment. From countless artists to choose from. Let’s dive right in!

Disclosure — Alchemy

Today, Disclosure release Alchemy, their highly anticipated fourth album. Here, the Lawrence brothers continue to push the boundaries of their sound. With their signature blend of infectious beats and soulful melodies, Alchemy is filled with mesmerizing tracks that transport listeners to their euphoric realm of sound with new endeavors. CloZee — “Skylight”

CloZee releases her new single “Skylight.” With the addition of an official music video, “Skylight” serves as the third and final single off her forthcoming album, Microworlds.  Captivating from start to finish, this release gracefully soars with warm synths before diving into its soulful, melodic bass drops. On “Skylight,” CloZee says, “‘Skylight’ is the very first tune I composed for the Microworlds album. That was the track that unlocked this new musical journey. I wanted to write a bright, epic and cinematic song to contrast with the darker moments of the COVID period, and try to get me out of my writer’s block. It was the one that opened that door.”

ATLiens — “ROBOTS”

ATLiens new single “ROBOTS” is out now, catapulting listeners into a futuristic realm of bass-heavy bliss. The out of this world duo showcases their unparalleled production skills with this adrenaline-fueled track, delivering a relentless barrage of pounding beats and mind-bending sound design.This explosive single is a testament to their innovative vision in bass music. Blanke, Britt Lari — “Drift”

The rising global sensation, Blanke, releases his highly anticipated new single “Drift” featuring Britt Lari, out now via Deadbeats. Renowned for his genre-defying and innovative style, Blanke once again pushes the boundaries of electronic music with his latest release. Blanke shares: “Drift is ambiguous to genre, aiming to shift expectations and create a sonic environment to explore and create an adventure. It almost feels like a video game soundtrack to me. User friendly, choose your own destiny. Britts incredible vocal was a dream to work with on this one!”

Duke Dumont, Nathan Nicholson — “Losing Control”

Duke Dumont releases new club banger and immediate fan favorite “Losing Control” featuring Nathan Nicholson. Out now via Astralwerks, this modern take on melodic techno nostalgia is boasting hypnotic and euphoric synth prowess. Featuring vocals from The Boxer Rebellion frontman Nathan Nicholson, “Losing Control” is a masterclass from one of the world’s most versatile electronic musicians. In regards to the new single, Duke shares: “I made this record alongside Nathan Nicholson with my live show experience in mind. Strobe lights, iconic visual, anthemic synth leads, and a vocal hook that conjures paranoia or liberation, depending how you interpret the song. At the festivals I’ve been playing it’s been a big moment for the set.”

JADED, Indira May — “Mirror”

London-based duo JADED returns to Diplo’s tastemaking house/techno hub Higher Ground to deliver a beaming, brass-laden new single, “Mirror,” featuring singer Indira May. The new track is JADED’s sixth appearance on Higher Ground, solidifying them as go-to mainstays for the label. The production on “Mirror” features immense energy but is harnessed in a smooth manner from the start, with its uptempo groove, rolling bassline, and subtle melodic percussion.
