Welcome back my fellow Stage Hoppers, for our first House Cat Hits of 2024! While 2023 saw some incredible releases from a vast number of artists, I’m ecstatic to take you on another year-long journey of the Top House Music Release each week. Let’s start the year off strong with some fiery release from Tiësto, Hardwell, Benny Benassi, and more!

Tiësto, FAST BOY – “All My Life”

First up on the list, we have Grammy® Award-winning, platinum-certified, international icon Tiësto and Berlin-based producer, songwriter, singer, instrumentalist, and DJ duo FAST BOY uniting on “All My Life.” This semblance of main stage energy with uplifting vocals offers much to the listener. With it’s synth rhythm and stutter-based drop the desire to dance is set from the start. The anthemic vocals then give the listeners an earworm hook that will have everyone singing along. In regards to the release, FAST BOY says,  “All My Life’ is the perfect song to start 2024 with a bang! We are so excited to work with Tiesto finally; he’s a legend, and combining our distinctive sound with an icon like him is an incredible milestone for us.

Various Artists – Best Of The Birdfeed Vol. 4

Dive into the global beats of Birdfeed’s Vol. 4, a compilation spotlighting house and techno talents from Australia to the UK. From BOSA‘s groovy “Put The Sauce On” to Andrea Giudice‘s dark techno in “Lifestyle,” the album offers a diverse sonic journey. Good Neighbor‘s “Bruh” and Abbud‘s “Minimalism” turn up the heat, leading into a spirited collaboration, “Bailando,” by JYNX & Tegi. The compilation explores Dirtybird influences with Playground Graffiti’s “Quick & Slow” and Back Groove‘s “Future.” Closing with Ray Vingh‘s quirky “House Musick” and OinarK‘s off-kilter “Crazy Things,” Vol. 4 celebrates Birdfeed’s global talent, showcasing the latest releases promoted to the main label.

VOLAC – “In The Air”

The Russian duo VOLAC drops a filthy groover for their first release of 2024. “In The Air” features soulful vocals over a pulsating and dark tech house groove that engulfs the atmosphere.  The track is rather minimalistic but soothes the soul while still generating a powerful house groove. The new track is also featured on the Repopulate Stars: Welcome To The Future compilation, curated by Repopulate Mars record label.

Benny Benassi, Constantin – “Feel The Vibe”

Benny Benassi has an obvious knack for delivering fan favorite hits. And that is no different with this latest collaboration with Italian DJ and producer Constatin. The dominant atmosphere of piercing synth-work, low warping basslines and commanding vocals make this an anthemic single for festivals in 2024.

Smokey Bubblin’ B, Alex Mills – “Overpowered”

Smokey Bubblin’ B and Alex Mills unite on “Overpowered,” out via Armada Music. The first time collaboration by these two talented artists showcases their synergy. With a ’90s synth lead, skippy beat, and explosive vocals, “Overpowered” propels the momentum forward with dance-floor ready appeal.

Low Steppa, Tony Romera – “Dance To The Music”

This track has already seen support from the likes of Dom Dolla, Dombresky, and Matroda. But now, to kick off 2024 Low Steppa and Tony Romera drop their exciting collaboration “Dance To The Music.” Bringing together two of contemporary house music tastemakers, “Dance To The Music” serves up exactly what it says. An infectious, no nonsense club track that will certainly get any one up on the dancefloor.

Hardwell – “Oldskool Sound”

Hardwell starts the year off on his own label, Revealed Recordings, with a track that will fuel the nostalgia of his loyal fans. “Oldskool Sound” sees the EDM icon revert back to his core of electrifying mainstage anthems and that Big Room sound.

GIDEÖN – “Spellbound”

Found and label head of Homo-Centric Records, GIDEÖN, offers up the titular track of his forthcoming vinyl EP, “Spellbound.” The new single serves up a meditative deep house with its sultry groove and hypnotizing effect. The upcoming EP of the same name will feature previously released tracks “Marcus Garvey” and “Study Way No More,” plus one unreleased track, “Hora De Bailar.”

Ale Basciano, HÄWK, BIONT – “Macarena”

Ale Basciano, HÄWK, and BIONT offer their fresh twist to the classic hit “Macarena.” Infusing the well-known Macarena sample with their unique electronic stylings, the trio creates a lively and contemporary rendition that is just so fun to hear.
