After a brief one-year hiatus, Vancouver’s iconic summer celebration, FVDED In The Park, is set to make a grand return in 2024, promising an unforgettable two-day music festival capturing the vibrant essence of summer. Hosted by Blueprint and Live Nation Canada, the festival is scheduled for Friday, July 5th, and Saturday, July 6th, where FVDED celebrates its 13th anniversary with its biggest year yet. Blueprint’s ambition is at an all-time high as they look to host their most impressive lineup to date, featuring a mix of legendary acts and fresh faces.
EDM Superstars: This Year’s Lineup
This years line-up is undeniably insane. After playing the first ever FVDED In The Park 2013 at Malkin Bowl in Stanley Park, Canadian DJ duo Zeds Dead is set to make a rare appearance in the Pacific Northwest region. While the legendary Kaskade and Deadmau5 bring their Kx5 production to Canada for the first time, after gracing the stages of legendary Ultra and EDC festivals. Notable acts on the lineup also include Swedish House Mafia, Chase & Status, Chris Lake, Diplo, Dom Dolla, John Summit, Gryffin, Slander, Deathpact, Dr. Fresch, in addition to many other stars.
Venue Vibes: Surrey’s Holland Park
Located at Holland Park in Surrey, FVDED In the Park welcomes tens of thousands of attendees annually. Traditionally an all ages event, this year enforcing a 16+ age restriction, and offering VIP areas for those 19+. The park lies adjacent to King George SkyTrain station, offering festival-goers seamless access to downtown Vancouver. This strategic location not only facilities a hassle-free journey to and from the festival, but also connects ravers with afterparties at iconic venues like Celebrities Nightclub and Commodore Ballroom. Additionally, the proximity to a wide range of Airbnb and hotel options towards downtown Vancouver ensures festival participants have plenty of options for their accommodations.
