Huzzah! Another great year at Forbidden Kingdom! Headbangers were treated to an extraordinary lineup of bass music, which filled the air with electrifying energy and excitement. From mesmerizing light and visual production to outstanding performances by top artists, the weekend promised an unforgettable atmosphere. Let’s take a moment to reminisce about the highlights of this unforgettable weekend!

Shade spots within the Kingdom
Location: Orlando, FL
Forbidden Kingdom was held at the Orlando Amphitheater at the Central Florida Fairgrounds for two days. Friday started with the worries of scattered thunderstorms. However, for those who attended Forbidden Kingdom in 2024, it was nothing compared to the mini-hurricane that created pure chaos. Fortunately, this year the weather was more favorable. After a brief downpour in the area, the rest of the weekend was perfect; a little rain won’t hurt anyone! Forbidding Kingdom added shading structures to the grounds to help keep headbangers cool down this year, which was a great addition!
The stage production was phenomenal! Forbidden Kingdom offers four different stages to choose from. The forbidden stage is a dome that creates an immersive atmosphere, allowing headbangers to enjoy lasers all day. Panels of LED screens along the top so that the visuals can be seen even if you are out of the dome. SVDDEN DEATH, ZOMBOY, EXCISION, and DEADMAU5 (Drum N Bass Set) were just a few of our favorites on this stage. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the vibrant atmosphere transformed into an unforgettable experience, with the pulsing beats and dazzling lights resonating throughout the space. Even from outside the dome, the energy was palpable, creating a thrilling backdrop for those closing sets that left us in awe.

The Cyberian stage offered a beautiful lakeside view with a grassy area where attendees could relax while watching their favorite sets. Including one of our favorites of the weekend, STELLER B2B ZINGARA! The Village Stage plays riddim all day, and the Mystic Stage bumps an array of dance music.

Overall, the two-day event was a success, attracting a diverse crowd of headbangers who came together to celebrate our love for bass music. Regardless of the weather, Rain or shine nothing could stop us. This year’s event exceeded all expectations, becoming an essential addition to the festival roster! We are already looking forward to next year and can’t wait to be back at Forbidden Kingdom for another unforgettable experience!
