DRAMA
The Chicago-based DRAMA represents a dynamic duo of musical expression. The collaboration of producer Na’el Shehade and vocalist Rosa results in a powerful multicultural mixture of soul, R&B, dance-pop, Chicago House, and pure bliss. The duo’s work ethic continues their ascension into stardom and their live events will showcase that purely. Don’t miss out on DRAMA at the BE Stage on Thursday, March 3rd, 2022 at 9:45 pm.
Myd
Myd is an outstanding and captivating live musician/Dj. He began his journey as a founding member of the beloved collective Club cheval, where he helped produce and remix for artists including Kanye West, Dua Lipa, Theophilus London, Brodinski and more. He then went solo, signing to Pedro Winter’s Ed Banger Records, and released debut album Born A Loser in 2021. Myd’s blend of electro and indie pop will certainly get the party going at the HERE Stage on Friday, March 4th, 2022 at 6:45 pm.
DJ Minx
DJ Minx, aka the First Lady of Wax, is a staple of Detroit’s club scene. Her style has delved through the realms of techno and house, ranging from deep and minimal to upbeat and funky. Her career as a DJ can be traced to the early 1990s. Throughout her career, she formed the Women on Wax collective and label, started releasing tracks in the early 2000s, and continued honing her craft. In the 2010s, she gained more widespread recognition with international booking and continuous singles. DJ Minx takes the Aquachobee stage on Saturday, March 5th, 2022 at 2:15 pm.
Mize
MIZE, the eclectic artist project of Ian, will take the Here Stage on Sunday, March 6th, 2022 at 4:55 pm. With a blend of heavy bass, hip-hop, ambient downtempo, and melodic dubstep, MIZE certainly caters to an ever-changing music scene. MIZE has major festivals such as WAKAAN and High Caliber under his belt, and will certainly deliver a great show at Okeechobee.
