How to Survive & Thrive at Tomorrowland Belgium 2025

A Guide to The World's Best EDM Festival

So you scored Tomorrowland tickets—now what? Whether it’s your first time or your fifth, this guide covers what to pack, what to wear, how to get there, and how to make the most of every set, snack, and moment.

What to Wear

Tomorrowland isn’t like U.S. festivals where anything goes. The vibe here is stylish, intentional, and a little more low-key. Think: cool streetwear, mesh, metallics, edgy accessories—not full-on pasties and fluffies.

That said, if going all out is your thing, do it. Just don’t be surprised when everyone around you looks like they walked out of a Berlin nightclub instead of EDC.

Here’s what we recommend:

  • Prioritize comfort + layers
  • Be prepared for the weather
  • Comfortable shoes are non-negotiable (you’re going to walk miles)
  • Small bag or fanny pack is best

What to Bring

You don’t need much—but the right stuff makes all the difference. Here’s what to pack so you’re not stressed, soaked, or stuck asking strangers for stuff all weekend.

  • ID (they may not check, but bring it anyway)
  • Wristband
  • Portable phone charger (and make sure it’s actually charged)
  • Ear plugs
  • Refillable water bottle or hydration pack
  • Rain poncho (just in case)
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Flags
  • Kandi (Trading kandi isn’t really a thing here, but if you like to wear it then go for it)

Getting There

Staying around Boom or Rumst? Bike.

Staying in Antwerp? Take the train. After each festival day, extra night trains will run to Antwerpen-Centraal station. Make sure you buy your ticket in advance.

Staying in Mechelen? Take the public bus.

Staying in Brussels? Take one of the Tomorrowland Brussels Shuttles (if not sold out), or take the train.

Driving? Plan extra time for traffic.

Taking a Taxi? There is a Kiss & Ride zone close to the festival entrance. Be sure to book your ride in advance!

Stage Strategy

Tomorrowland is HUGE. With 16+ stages, it’s almost impossible to see everything—and that’s kind of the point. Tomorrowland is just as much about discovering new sounds as it is catching your favorite headliners. Go in with a loose plan, but don’t try to micromanage the weekend. The best sets are often the ones you stumble into.

Here’s a few of our favorite stages:

  • Mainstage
  • The Library
  • Crystal Garden
  • Atmosphere
  • Freedom Stage
  • CORE
  • Rave Cave

Final Tips

A few final things to know before the weekend starts:

  • Eat real meals (not just fries + beer)
  • Stay hydrated—seriously
  • Load up your wristband before you go
  • Talk to strangers, trade something, be open
  • Don’t chase content the whole time
  • Pick a meetup spot in case phones die (that’s not Mainstage)
  • Give yourself time to walk between stages (you’re gonna need it)
  • Download the Tomorrowland App
  • Take advantage of the free sunscreen
  • Leave time to explore
  • Get lost
  • Have fun
