EDC Orlando 2021 – Artists to Check Out

EDC Orlando is back at Tinker Field in the sunshine state of Florida. The three-day festival brought to you by Insomniac begins this Friday, November 12th until its conclusion on Sunday, November 13th. Stellar artists from the likes of Kygo, Amelie Lens, Tchami, Zedd, Black Coffee, and many others grace the various stages of diverse genres. Let’s dive right into to some picks to diversify your set schedules for this weekend. See ya there!

Vintage Culture

Vintage Culture, aka Lukas Ruiz, is an artist who lives and breathes the culture of dance music. The Brazilian artist has more than 1.5 billion streams online, gathers 8 million across his social media platforms, and ranks at #30 in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs of 2020 poll. Vintage Culture has graced the cover of Rolling Stone (Brazil), was nominated as one of the most influential “30 Under 30” industry leaders by Forbes, and premiered his very-first Essential Mix for Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1. He has received support and collaborated with global artists such as David Guetta, MEDUZA, Robin Schulz, and Tiesto. This creative force will certainly deliver vibes at Kinetic Field, Friday, November 12th, at 6:41 pm.

ANNA

The Brazil-born and Barcelona-based ANNA takes the Neon Garden stage on Sunday, November 14th, at 7:30 pm. The skilled DJ and artist is known for prime repertoire selections and captivating sets driven by mesmerizing atmospheres. ANNA has released music via Turbo Recording, RUKUS, Diynamic, Clash Lion, and Nova Mute. Her increasing demand has led her into a gigs at Warung, D-Edge, Movement Detroit, Awakenings, Tomorrowland, Paradise @DC10, Rex Club, and many others.  ANNA’s persistence and dedication has allowed her to rise through the ranks and deliver her incredible beats.

AC Slater

Owner of Night Bass Records and renowned artist and producer AC Slater has developed his intoxicating signature sound that drives fans wild. His blend of house, with UK Garage, and hints of old-school rave has garnered sets at Coachella, Hard Summer, EDC Las Vegas, Electric Zoo, and countless others. Through Night Bass, AC Slater has dropped countless bangers himself, and has grown a sub-community to promote that of other talented producers. Since his start in 2008, AC Slater has journeyed to cement himself as a staple in the electronic dance music community. Don’t miss out on his wild set on Kinetic Field, Sunday, November 14th, at 4:16 PM.

Louis The Child

As an attendee of EDC Orlando, this is one set I will certainly not miss! Louis The Child will close Circuit Grounds with a thunderous performance on Sunday, November 14th at 10:45 pm. The Chicago-bred and Los Angeles-based duo will deliver immense euphoria with their blissful and vibrant repertoire. The duo’s music continues to push the genre boundaries of electronic dance music. With the conclusion of their recent tour and the release of their Euphoria album, Louis The Child has shown no sign of slowing down. Their live show will leave EDC Orlando attendees with a lasting impression of positive memories from these incredible artists.

MORTEN

MORTEN has become one of Denmark’s most celebrated DJ. His pioneering sound blends elements of progressive, electro-house, and dubstep. His collaborations with the legendary David Guetta have delivered magical tracks. MORTEN has brought his incredible music to stages at Ultra, EDC Las Vegas, Sunset, Life in Color, and Something Wicked. He also continues to tour globally at countless club scenes. The global sensation MORTEN will take over Kinetic Field on Friday, November 12th, at 4:10 pm.

LAYZ

LAYZ will open Circuit Grounds on Saturday, November 13th at 2:00pm. The rising dubstep artist delivers her unique sound design with undeniable energy. The driven artist has opened for bass staples such as NGHTMRE, Sippy, Sullivan King, and Virutal Riot. She has performed at Big Dub, High Caliber, Lil Dub, Lost Lands, Paradise Blue and many more. Recently, her track with NAZAAR, “Desert Chaos,” was featured on the Big Bass Ting Vol. 2 compilation by Space Yacht. The young producer continues to captivate audiences with her meteoric rise and will certainly get the party started at Circuit Grounds.
