Happy EDC Week! It’s almost time to head back to the speedway! As every raver prepares to travel with excitement to gather with friends, the insomniac team is hard at work building the incredible playground we call home, EDC! Starting this Friday, May 17 to Sunday, May 19 the Las Vegas Speedway will be filled with over 520,000 people jumping to the sounds of some of the biggest names in EDM.
Insomniac has been throwing this massive desert party in Las Vegas since 2011 and every year seems to be better than the last.
This year we are coming home to everything rearranged as expected after music through music lineup review. where Pasquale Rotella spoke about all the new things going on this year. Social media was buzzing with concerns regarding the fireworks show and shift. NeonGarden has the Megastructure as its home this year. The main stage looks massive! With so many new things this year, we cannot wait to see downtown EDC’s new location! Regardless, in insomniac we trust! It’s always a good time at the Electic Daisy Carnival.
The set times have also been released! As always there is chatter online about the conflicting sets but that’s how it is when there are so many good names. Every year there are many surprise guests from all genres of music to celebrities who join the fun! CircuitGrounds has a special guest time slot from 11:30 pm to 1:00 am, who could it be? We will be there to find out!
