The weather is getting warmer and the days are getting longer, which means that festival season is almost here! EDC Las Vegas will be returing to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway from May 17-19. Everyone keeps asking: “Where is the lineup?” Well, headliners, the time has come!
The Theme:
On Tuesday, Pasquale Rotella revealed this year’s theme as, KinticCIRCLE! The concept picture that was present may have sparked some nostalgia for those who attended EDC Las Vegas in 2014. The first year Insomniac kicked off the start of the Kinetic Theme with was the Kinetic Cathedral. With a theme that revolves around the idea that everything in life eventually comes full circle, It’s easy to say that this year’s event is going to be truly unforgettable!

Music Through Music :
If you watched the live stream tonight of NightOwl Radio on Insomniac’s YouTube channel, the official EDC Las Vegas Lineup was revealed through the return of Music Through Music. Pasquale and the Insomiac team all gathered with us to hear about the new festival updates and listen to the rapid megamix for each stage with a small hint for every artist on the lineup.

Whats New :
To start off, the opening ceremony will now only take place on Friday. As we’ve seen in the past, Friday was the only day the ceremony was getting a full crowd. One thing also mentioned, was a whole new layout to help with the flow of the crowd. As far as I can remember, the stages have been set in their places since the start. Not to forget, Downtown EDC will now be located in the direct center of the raceway! This means we will be coming back to home to a new playground!
