Breakaway Music Festival continues their massive expansion across the U.S. with a brand new festival: Breakaway Alabama. Set to debut on October 3-4, 2025, this new addition will take over The Orion Amphitheater & Apollo Park for two jam packed nights of hard-hitting electronic music!
What I love about Breakaway is their commitment to making each festival an experience for every EDM lover. And to premiere their new festival, they have brought together four massive headlines. First, The Chainsmokers are known for their energy and emotion brought to the stage from the chart-topping pop-centric EDM. Next up, Kaskade has been a pioneer and staple of the electronic music scene with truly immersive sets pulling from his years of experience. The duo SLANDER bring together heart-wrenching melodies and dynamic bass music that always leaves crowds starstruck. And lastly, but certainly not least, we have the electric DJ Diesel (Shaquille O’Neal) with bone-rattling dubstep music that fits his larger than life presence to the stage.
A festival is not just made by its headliners, and Breakaway Alabama capitalizes on a roster of talent representing subgenres across the EDM scene. Attendees will be immersed in Bass House, Tech House, Dubstep, Experimental Bass, Future Bass, and more from a multitude of artists including Dr. Fresch, Kompany, Level Up, Mary Droppinz, Matroda, Ship Wrek, and more. To hype the crowd up, Bobby Hendrickson of social media famous @DJLoversClub will host. And, we can’t forget about the local talent, so Breakaway invites Huntsville area locals 2Checks, Lykwid, MACDIZZY, Mollywater, and Rocco to the lineup.
