Of The Trees Returns to Telluride With Daily Bread for Camp Alderwild

Of The Trees has spent the past few weeks crafting a virtual escape for fans, and this week he announced what we have long awaited for: the return of Camp Alderwild to Telluride, Colorado

Of The Trees has been keeping us on our toes, by first subtly wiping his Instagram, followed by the launch of a mysterious website with themes of a national park. He left behind breadcrumbs letting fans discover the project organically.

Displayed on the website was a calendar with the first event on January 14th: “Movie night in the Nature Center.” On this day, Of The Trees posted a dreamy visual on Instagram to promote the music video for “Dolori”. On January 16, the calendar showed “Dolori Pass opening to the public” representing the official release of this song, his first solo release in over two years. A couple weeks later, a similar series of events occurred with another “Movie night in the Nature Center” and a calendar event labeled “Look Into My Eyes’, a natural art exhibit, open to the public in the Nature Center.” And you guessed it, a cinematic visual released, followed by the official release of “Look Into My Eyes,” with EARTHGANG

The excitement continued as people discovered the phone number listed on the website accepts voicemails. Then came the moment that tied it all together: a teaser video featuring Daily Bread calling.

Then, it became official. Of The Trees is returning to Telluride for the second edition of Camp Alderwild, taking place August 28–29, 2026 at Telluride Town Park, with Daily Bread confirmed as the first headliner addition. Both artists will perform two unique sets, with Of The Trees once again delivering a daytime set and a closing set as the creative anchor of the weekend.

After reintroducing electronic music to Telluride for the first time in nearly a decade in 2025, Camp Alderwild enters its next chapter by doubling down on community, intention, and the connection between music and environment. Nestled in the San Juan Mountains, the event has quickly distinguished itself as a destination experience rather than a traditional festival. In addition to the music, people can partake in late-night programming throughout downtown Telluride and hiking and exploring during the day. The event remains all-ages, with camping options available.

In true Of The Trees fashion, the story wasn’t announced, it was explored. The website served as a metaphor for his long-awaited studio album, Moonglade Park arriving February 13, 2026 via his label, Memory Palace. The project unfolds as a fully realized world – bridging downtempo electronica, cinematic ambient textures, and experimental hip-hop – rooted in themes of environmental preservation, intentional living, and escapism through imagination. The website will continue evolving throughout the year, expanding into an interactive map filled with easter eggs, music, and announcements.
