In just a few weeks, the mountains of Telluride will echo with deep basslines, ethereal melodies, and the sound of a community coming together for something truly special. Denver-based producer and visual artist Of The Trees is set to transform Telluride Town Park into an eco-conscious, two-day celebration of music and nature.

Co-produced by Planet Bluegrass and AEG Presents, the event will blend bass with the stunning backdrop of the San Juan Mountains.

Lineup

The lineup alone is enough to make the trek worthwhile. Friday brings the mesmerizing soundscapes of Jade Cicada, the immersive live set from Thought Process, house grooves courtesy of Taiki Nulight, and bass-heavy selections from Curra, all leading up to a headlining set from Of The Trees himself. Saturday offers an equally stacked list, with performances from ambient-electronic pioneers Tycho, psychedelic downtempo master Ott, an EPROM Underclock Set, and the cinematic textures of Air Castles, before Of The Trees closes the festival with another signature set.

There are also Fellowship events that include surprise pool parties that kick off Thursday and end Sunday morning as well as pre-parties and afters throughout the weekend.

Getting There

Getting to Telluride is part of the adventure. Festivalgoers can hop on a roundtrip shuttle from downtown Denver, departing Friday morning and returning Sunday, or opt for the scenic 5–6 hour drive (carpooling is strongly encouraged). For those flying in, Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ) is the closest major hub, just 90 minutes away. Once in town, everything is within walking distance thanks to Telluride’s charming layout and free gondola system, with additional shuttles connecting remote parking areas to the campsite.

Ticketing & Parking

Doors open at 5:00 p.m. each evening, with performances starting at 5:30. The event is all-ages, and camping passes are sold per person. Parking is available in Mountain Village with posted rates, and the gondola offers a scenic 15-minute ride down to Telluride, followed by a short walk to the festival grounds.

Sustainability Efforts

What sets Camp Alderwild apart is its commitment to sustainability. Single-use plastics are banned, and attendees are urged to bring reusable water bottles. Recycling and composting stations will be placed throughout the campgrounds, and $1 from every ticket sold will go to the Sierra Club Colorado Chapter. Of The Trees has also teamed up with Propeller to raise funds and awareness for the protection of public lands and national parks.

Of The Trees’ Camp Alderwild has a thoughtful curation, breathtaking location, and focus on environmental responsibility, making a unique invitation to connect deeply with both sound and setting. This is where bass meets the mountains, and where the bass music community comes together for a wholesome weekend.
