Nicky Romero, Öwnboss, Oaks – “Lover You for the Summer”
“Love You for the Summer”, comes as a new festival anthem celebrating the unforgettable moments when music, love, and summer vibes. This new single is an ode to the beautiful seasonal love with lyrics that reflect the unique atmosphere and memories that summer instills in us.
With the new release, Nicky Romero shares,
‘Love You For The Summer’ is a unique record that seamlessly blends two worlds together. With an amazing topline written by the talented Oaks and a high-energy festival production, this track is a true standout in my sets. This record arrived at the perfect moment. When I first heard it, Öwnboss and I immediately worked on the production, exchanging ideas and shaping it into something that worked for both of us. I am thankful and excited to put it out!”
Öwnboss adds,
‘Love You for the Summer’ is a celebration of those unforgettable moments when music, love, and summer vibes come together perfectly. ”Love You for the Summer” evokes in its melody the striking idea of seasonal love – intense, beautiful, and as ephemeral as the summer itself. This track is an ode to the unforgettable summer romance that feels endless under the lights and the warmth of the season. Everything’s better with love, even the summer. This song is a reflection on the beauty of this season, the connections that the warm days bring, and the unique atmosphere that will last in memories forever.”
Oaks comments,
Falling for someone feels different in the summer. It’s all about getting lost in endless nights under a sun that never sleeps. “Love You For The Summer” is about promising someone that they can have your heart – but only as long as flowers bloom. I hope that people will dance all summer long to this!”
Oliver Heldens, David Guetta, and FAST BOY – “Chills (Feel My Love)”
Debuted by Oliver Heldens and David Guetta at Ultra Music Festival in Miami, their collaboration with FAST BOY, “Chills (Feel My Love),” gets its long-awaited release. Now, Oliver Heldens shares:
Earlier last year, I was looking for some uplifting vocals, and FAST BOY sent me a few vocal demos. One of them, ‘Chills, ‘ really stood out to me, and I was immediately drawn to its emotional and melancholic vibes, so I started working on it. In the summer of 2023, I tested an early demo at some of my shows but felt it wasn’t totally right, so I went into the studio and kept re-working, and during a session in Amsterdam during ADE where I actually met FAST BOY for the first time, we got it to a place where it sounded so big and fresh! The new version reminded us a lot of some of David Guetta’s older hits, like “When Love Takes Over,” so we had to send it to him. He loved it and put his touch on it, and we all finished it up together! We also really managed to nail the Radio Edit with the King of Dance/Pop’s input 😉 We are so happy with the end result and to finally release it!”
Matroda – “Hanging On”
Malóne, Jay Wheeler – “Cuando Fue”
Malóne, with a nod from reggaeton and Latin pop superstar Jay Wheeler, releases an official remake of “Cuando Fue.” This rendition fuses the Puerto Rican icon’s infectious lyrics with a groovy, percussion-filled bassline. Regarding the release, Malóne shares:
What an incredible opportunity it was to be able to remake Jay Wheeler’s original ‘Cuando Fue.’ It is one of the best reggaeton songs that has come out over the last couple of years. We wanted to bring a proper, energetic groove to our version, something perfect for summer for the dance floors all around the world.”
Patrick Topping – “Energy”
Patrick Topping returns to Trick label this summer with his signature raved-up, club-ready sounds in “Energy.” With the release, Patrick Topping tells us:
The title of this track sums up the vibe! Just a pure energy blast from start to finish. Hannah did such a massive, euphoric vocal, so I kept the beat techy and heavy as a contrast. Been causing scenes all over this, with so many asking for its ID. One of my favourite things I’ve ever made.”
Kasablanca, anamē – “Daydream”
Kasablanca teams up with anamē for their latest single “Daydream.” Originally part of the ‘Anjunadeep 15’ compilation, the track features vocal samples from UK songwriters Harvey Kirkby and Rhys Kirkby-Cox, blending Kasablanca’s melodic house with anamē’s signature production. This release also announces Kasablanca’s debut album ‘Higher Resolution’ (Side A), set for October, following their recent successful tracks and live performances.

We’re honored to release this track on the legendary Dirtybird Records!”
