Stage Hoppers, it’s Friday and we’ve got another Breakaway Music Festival announcement for you! On May 30 and 31, 2025, Breakaway Ohio returns to the Historic Crew Stadium Festival Grounds for another year of “beats, bass, and unforgettable memories.” Presented by CELSIUS, this staple of Columbus is up for its 12th edition, bringing some of the best artists across the electronic music scene. With the lineup announcement, Zach Ruben, Co-Founder of Breakaway shares:
Columbus has been home to Breakaway for over 12 years, and it remains a core part of our identity. This city has a long-standing connection to dance music, with a history that runs deep. We’re not just hosting a festival here—we’re continuing that tradition, bringing fans together to celebrate electronic music in a way that’s uniquely Columbus. The energy here is unmatched, and that passion is what makes holding Breakaway here something very special.”
Breakaway Ohio: Star-Studded Lineup
With each lineup announcement, Breakaway Music Festival does not disappoint. This year’s headliners include Dom Dolla, Marshmello, ISOxo, Afrojack, and Sofi Tukker. As an EDM lover of all subgenres, you really can’t go wrong with any of these choices. In all the times I’ve seen Dom Dolla, I’ve never been disappointed. Afrojack and Marshmello are sure to draw huge crowds of fans for their pure energy. And, Sofi Tukker and ISOxo will give unique and unforgettable performances. Looking at the new lineup, my choices of top 3 must see artists would include Levity, Matroda, and Odd Mob!
Breakaway Ohio 2025 Lineup
Among the 21 national touring acts, Breakaway Ohio will also feature: Ares Carter, BUNT., Deorro, Frank Walker, Jackie Hollander, Juelz, J.Worra, Leondis, MORTEN, Nitepunk, Rommi, San Pacho, and XANDRA. In addition, Bobby Hendrickson of social media famous DJLoversClub will host, while Breakaway also provides a platform for local Ohio artists Noha, Sons and VRYBAD.
