33 Below Premieres in HARD Summer’s Official Mixtape Series

Hailing from the vibrant landscapes of New Zealand, 33 Below has been a force to reckon with in the electronic music scene. With a sound that seamlessly transitions from Drum and Bass to the emotional undertones of UK Garage, 33 Below has spent the last few years pushing the boundaries of his music.

His most recent endeavor, the sophomore EP ‘PUSHER’, released on TH3RD BRAIN Records, is a testament to his evolving artistry and commitment to innovation. ‘PUSHER’ is more than just an EP; it is a journey that traverses continents and genres. Featuring standout tracks like ‘PROTECTA’, ‘HOLD TIGHT’, and ‘LOYAL’, the project encapsulates 33 Below’s dynamic range and collaborative spirit. With contributions from notable artists such as RL Grime, Duskus, DRIIA, and Chrystel, ‘PUSHER’ offers a diverse and rich listening experience. The EP is complemented by unique visual content that enhances the storytelling and emotional depth of the music.

The year 2023 was monumental for 33 Below. It began with his garage remix of Odd Mob’s club hit ‘LEFT TO RIGHT’, which quickly garnered attention from industry heavyweights like Disclosure, What So Not, DJ EZ, and AC Slater. This was followed by a string of successful releases, including a collaboration with San Francisco-based producer demotapes on ‘sedatives’, an official remix of SILK’s breakout single ‘Quiver’, Venbee and Rudimental’s ‘die young’, and Martin Garrix and Lloyiso’s ‘Real Love’.

33 Below’s relentless work ethic and innovative sound also led to extensive radio support from DJs and stations worldwide. His live performances have been equally impressive, from festival shows in New Zealand and the UK to sold-out headline shows. Notably, he supported Fred Again.. on his only NZ show and wrapped up the year with an 18-show tour across the US, supporting RL Grime.

33 Below shows no signs of slowing down. With a US tour on the horizon, including dates supporting Hamdi, and debut festival performances in the UK, US, and EU, 33 Below is poised to make a significant impact. Fans can also look forward to more original music and exciting collaborations set to drop throughout the year.
